oh-so-delicious Chick-fil-A Sauce, but our restaurants are also know for another secret sauce: our friendly team members. Maybe they’re happy because of easy access to chicken nuggets, or maybe it’s because they simply love serving others. We are audacious enough to believe that a restaurant filled with exceptional, passionate team members committed to serving others can make our community a better place to live. Hi, I’m Steven Richardson. I’m the Owner/Operator for Chick-fil-A Westlake Village. I’m originally from Georgia, where I spent most of my career with our brand. I am thrilled to serve this awesome community with my wife, Jordan and our three kids, Nolan, Charleigh, and Harris (H.B.).

I always love to say my priorities are ‘Faith, Family, & Filets’ - I believe in being a good husband and father first, and then being a good business person. Personally, I believe my purpose to inspire excellence through significance. I believe in leading with care while expecting our best.
